NAND FLASH spot prices were soft this afternoon while the spot market was quiet. Meanwhile, trading activities on spot market was not active. Moreover, buyers gave low target price, and thus the deal was difficult to make. At close of the market, spot prices of K9G8G/Hynix 8G UT closed at about $3.3~$3.4/$3.24~3.3 while K9LAG/UU AG pricing closed at around $5.3~5.55/$5.25~5.5.

For DRAM, the spot prices of chips and modules kept firm, however the trading activities were not active. As a result, the overall transaction volume was limited. Spot prices of 128*8 800 ETT MIRA /64*8 800 ETT MIRA closed at about $2.07~2.12/$1.1~$1.08 while 1G 667/800 Samsung pricing closed at around $18.9~$19.8/$20.0~$20.5 respectively.
