NAND FLASH spot prices stopped dropping but began to move up this morning. K9G4G/K9G8G/Hynix 8G UT MLC pricing ascended to $7.45/$8.80/$8.55 respectively while K9LAG MLC spot prices kept relatively firm at $17.25. Nearing weekend, spot market noticed some restocking activities that mainly focused on 8/16G items from traders.
For DRAM, DDR2 chips pricing stayed stable this morning. 64Mx8 DDR2 667 ETT chips pricing quoted at around $1.80-$1.85 while 64Mx8 DDR2 667 Hynix or Elpida original chips pricing both stayed at around $1.95. Trading in DRAM kept being sluggish while transaction volume showed relatively limited. |
